We offer a range of flexible pricing options depending on your event requirements.
Dry hire is available for a fixed fee, which covers use of the trailer. In addition, travel expenses and staffing costs will apply to deliver and set up and the bar.
If you prefer a fully stocked and staffed bar, we operate on a minimum spend basis of £XXX. This amount is paid in advance of the event. If total bar takings exceed the minimum spend, the full amount is returned after the event. If takings fall below the minimum spend, we refund the difference.
We also offer prepaid drinks packages, including welcome drinks and table wine. These can be tailored to your preferences and will count towards the minimum spend.
Please note that travel, accommodation and extra services (if required) are charged separately.

We offer a flexible and bespoke drinks menu.
If you have preferred beers, ciders, wines or cocktails, we will do our best to source these through our suppliers. We stock a wide range of well known brands and can also work with local breweries and suppliers to create a more unique, location specific offering.
If your event has a particular theme, we can tailor the bar menu accordingly.
Please note that while we aim to accommodate all requests, certain products may be subject to supplier availability.

Our bar staff hold personal licences.
If your venue does not have a premises licence, we will arrange a Temporary Event Notice with the relevant local authority to ensure compliance. We will pass on any associated costs with the application.

For our outdoor trailer bar, we require suitable access to the site. The trailer dimensions are 9m x 12m, so adequate space is needed for manoeuvring and positioning on level ground. The trailer includes pop up covers at the side to provide shelter in the event of bad weather.
If you have any concerns about access or site conditions, we recommend discussing these with us in advance.
For indoor or covered settings, we also offer pop up bars which are constructed on site. These do not include shelter, so are best suited to indoor or protected environments.
We will require a power supply to operate our equipment.

Staffing is included within our service, with staff numbers determined by your guest count.
Our team are experienced and typically dressed in smart attire. Dress code can be adapted to suit your event theme if required.
The service provided includes operation of the bar and, where applicable, welcome drinks service.
We do not provide table service.

To check availability, please submit an enquiry via our bookings email including your event date. We will confirm whether we are available.
A £500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit is deducted from your minimum spend or prepaid drinks package. Full payment of the minimum spend and any prepaid packages is required one calendar month prior to the event.

We can arrange additional services including glassware hire, fridge and / or freezer hire, and generator hire.
These are provided via third party suppliers and charged at cost. Payment timing will depend on the relevant third party supplier’s payment terms.

Reusable cups can be provided, and we also offer bespoke reusable drinkware tailored to your event. These can serve as both an environmentally friendly option and a keepsake for guests.
Bespoke items are subject to additional cost.
